When call recording is turned on for a particular conference room, the owner of the conference room must specify the email addresses of anyone else they wish to receive call recordings. 

When a conference call is recorded, an email is sent to the organiser as well as any additional recipients with a link to log in / create an account and download the audio file securely. 

Please note that due to data storage constraints conference recordings are only available to download for 14 days after the conference call took place. Once this 14 days has passed, the recordings are permanently deleted and are not recoverable. 

Locating your recording (organisers)

  • Log in to your WHYPAY? account.
  • Under 'My Rooms' select the appropriate room.
  • Click on 'Previous conferences'
  • Under the 'Recording' column, click 'Download'.

Locating your recording (recording recipients)

  • Log in / create an account using the link found in the email notifying you that a recording is available. 
  • Click on 'Other rooms' and select the appropriate room.
  • Click on 'Previous conferences'
  • Under the 'Recording' column, click 'Download'. 

A note on recording recipients: Only those listed as a recording recipient at the time the conference call commences will receive an email granting access to the corresponding recording.
