Making the right impression is important, especially when making conference calls with new clients or new customers. With a custom welcome greeting you can replace the default greeting "Welcome to WHYPAY?..." by uploading an audio file of your choice. This allows you to control what participants hear when they dial-in. For example, you could replace the default WHYPAY? welcome greeting with:
"Welcome to the Retail Solutions conferencing line."
How to upload a greeting
From your Dashboard, navigate to the 'Custom greeting' page:
Here you can choose and then upload an audio file, which will be processed within two working days and applied to your account:
Note: The next announcement heard after your greeting is "Please enter you room number, followed by the hash key" so you won't need to mention the room number/PINs in your greeting recording.
You also have the option of ordering a professionally recorded welcome greeting, which will be in the same friendly female voice as the other voice announcements heard during WHYPAY? conference calls.
This costs £85 as a one-off charge which can bee added to your subscription. All prices exclude VAT.
