All WHYPAY? conference rooms are permanent.
You may dial in using the details provided as often as you like.
Your conference room is always ready and waiting for you and your participants to join. You don't need to schedule conferences through WHYPAY? - you can simply share the dial-in details with your colleagues letting them know the time and date of your call in an email or a text message.
The only time conference details may stop working is if the PIN has been changed by the organiser of the conference.
If you do schedule your call using the WHYPAY? dashboard, you have the advantage of being able to set up recurring conferences, automatically send reminders to participants and add meeting notes to the conference invitations. Follow the link for more help scheduling conferences.
